The early-access form stores your email address, signup time and permission to send OctiAI early-access updates. The get-in-touch form stores your email so we can reply to your enquiry.

These records are held on OctiAI’s server and are not publicly accessible. We do not sell your email or share it with advertising platforms. We keep it until you ask us to remove it or it is no longer needed for this purpose.

To leave the list, request a copy, or delete your email, contact projectloomie@gmail.com.

These forms do not create an account or make a purchase. Analytics is optional and is off until you choose “Allow analytics.” You can withdraw using “Privacy choices” on any page; this stops further measurement and removes our Google Analytics cookies. Declining does not affect the forms.

Optional analytics

With your permission, OctiAI and Google Analytics measure page visits, selected sections and examples, button clicks, form starts, fixed error categories and saved requests. We use random browser/session identifiers, limited campaign labels and page paths. Google also receives device/browser information and your network address when its tag connects. We do not send your email, hashed email, form text or arbitrary URL parameters to analytics. Advertising personalization is disabled; Meta Pixel is not active.

Our private behavioral records are kept for up to 90 days. Your privacy choice is remembered for 180 days, and Google Analytics cookies expire after 180 days. Withdrawal does not automatically erase earlier records; contact us to request deletion. Google may process analytics data internationally under its privacy policy.

Saved requests

Early access counts one record per normalized email. Separate contact enquiries are retained, including your chosen topic and our follow-up status. We keep these records until you ask us to remove them or they are no longer needed for the stated purpose. We do not send automated confirmation messages from these forms.
